Peanut Butter Chocolate Protein Shake

A smooth and wholesome shake made with natural peanut butter, cocoa powder, unsweetened coconut milk and zero-calorie Stevia In The Raw®.

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cup unsweetened beverage-style coconut milk
1/2 avocado, pitted and diced
1/4 cup unsweetened peanut butter 
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 packets Stevia In The Raw
1 cup ice cubes
Cocoa nibs (optional)

Directions:

  1. In a blender combine coconut coconut milk, avocado, peanut butter, cocoa powder, stevia, and ice. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a tall glass and garnish with cocoa nibs.
